Oversized Orders
Some of items we carry are over-sized and too large for UPS to handle. All of our over-sized items are indicated in their description and information page. If you have selected an over-sized item, it will be shipped to your designated drop site by common carrier. You can arrange to have your items shipped to a business with a loading dock, or you can ship it directly to your home for an additional residential delivery fee.
Shipping rates with common carriers are determined by several factors including weight, distance, shipping location and value of the shipment. Because each oversized shipment is unique, the price of each shipment will also be unique.

Damage Claims During Transit
Each order we send out has automatic damage potential. We do realize this fact and therefore we would like to ensure that any damage occurred to an item during transit is claimed and resolved in an expediate manner. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and document any damages occurred. You need to claim the damages within 30 days of receipt of shipment for any claims to be placed.
