Dave Amis
Dave is a native of the Upper Peninsula and has been fascinated with photography for many years.
Dave shows his photographs at a few art fairs around the region and at local galleries. He fought the advancing technology by denighing the fast moving digital age, but finally sucumbed. He has actually taught a few photography classes at Bay de Noc Community College in digital photography. He can't believe that he fought the conversion from 35 mm to a digital for as many years as he did - but he is certainly happy that he finally took the plunge into the world of digital.
Dave has been married to his wife for 25 years. He works at Newpage Paper Mill in Escanaba, Michigan in the paint shop.
